If the junior creditor receives or is entitled to any payment or distribution or any right in respect of any payment or distribution or any right in respect of any payment or distribution,in relation to any liabillity from the chargor or any receiver of the chargor or its estate,it shall hold that payment distribution or right on trust for the security trustee and shall promptly pay transfer or assign it to the security trustee for distribution in accordance with clause 10 of the intercreditor agreement.

All monies due or to become due from the company to the senior creditor or the security trustee under the terms of the aforementioned instrument creating or evidencing the charge
