All rights to distribute, lease, license the film, all literary rights, each relevant agreement, all policies of insurance, all contracts, each account, all plant and machinery, fixtures, pre-print elements, soundtrack elements, the collection account, all proceeds of the foregoing, by way of floating charge all the undertaking property and assets.
