All of the freehold and/or leasehold property of the chargor described in part 1 (property) of schedule 2 (security assets) (if any) of the charging instrument (including, without limitation, the freehold property known as land on the north side of the tram track, newquay (with title number CL190241) and the leasehold property known as land and building adjoining the beachcroft hotel, newquay (with title number CL190242)), part 1 (property) of the schedule to an accession deed and the schedule to any supplemental debenture, all present and future freehold and leasehold property or immovable property of the chargor situated in england and wales (other than the property referred to above) any buildings, fixtures, fittings, plant and machinery from time to time on or forming part of the property referred to in above, and any related rights arising in relation to any of the assets described above.. All of the assets specified in part 2 (intellectual property) of schedule 2 (security assets) (if any) of the charging instrument, all of the assets described in part 3 (intellectual property) of the schedule to an accession deed (if any), any patents, trademarks, service marks, designs, business names, copyrights, database rights, computer software, design rights, domain names, moral rights, inventions, confidential information, trade secrets, knowhow and other intellectual property rights and interests (which may now or in the future subsist), whether registered or unregistered, the benefit of all applications and rights to use those assets described above of each chargor (which may now or in the future subsist) and any related rights arising in relation to any of the assets described above..
