By way of legal mortgage all of the company’s legal interests in the freehold property known as 1A silver street, reeth, richmond, north yorkshire, DL11 6SP registered at the land registry with title number NYK255790 and further by way of fixed charge any other interests of the company in such property (including shares or membership rights); in any goodwill of any business carried on at such property; in rental and any other money payable under any lease licence or any other interest created in respect of such property; present and future rights, licences, guarantees, deposits, contracts, covenants and warranties relating to such property; any insurance proceeds from such property and all fixtures and fittings plant and equipment and other assets of the company present at such property (and not forming part of the company’s trading stock).
