Pursuant to clause 2.2(a) of the security agreement dated 6 october 2025, the company has charged by way of (I) legal mortgage all estates or interests in any freehold or leasehold property now or subsequently owned by it, including the freehold property known as land and buildings at block 3, government buildings, warbreck hill road, blackpool and land associated with (FY2 0XW), registered at hm land registry under title number LA820686 and the freehold property known as land and buildings on the west side of laneham street, scunthorpe, registered at hm land registry under title number HS274641 and (ii) (to the extent that they are not either the subject of a mortgage under (I) above) by way of a fixed charge all estates or interests in any freehold or leasehold property now or subsequently owned by it.
