All properties (as defined in clause 1.1 of the debenture) owned on the date of the debenture by the company and all properties acquired by the company in the future;. All buildings fixtures and fittings (including trade fixtures and fittings) and fixed plant and machinery from time to time on or in the properties (as defined in clause 1.1 of the debenture);. The benefit of all other agreements relating to land which the company is or may become party to or otherwise entitled; and. All rights in any intellectual property (as defined in clause 1.1 of the debenture).
