All monies charge on deposit. A first fixed charge over the deposit (as specified in the charge) and all the entitlements to interest, the right to repayment and other rights and benefits accuring to or arising in connection with the deposit to the intent that such charge shall operate as a release of the deposit to the bank until the secured liabilities have been unconditionally and irrevocably paid and discharged in full. The charge provides that the borrower shall not be entitled to withdraw or transfer all or part of the deposit which will not be due and will be held as security by the bank until it matures..
