All interests in respect of any registered intellectual property right in any territory or jurisdiction, including, without limitation, patents (including supplementary protection certificates), trade marks, service marks, registered designs and any similar right in any territory or jurisdiction and any applications or right to apply for any of the above; any brand and trade names, domain names, invention, copyright, design right or performance right; any trade secrets, database right, know-how and confidential information; and the benefit of any agreement or licence for the use of any such right, and any similar right in any territory or jurisdiction and any applications or right to apply for any of the above together with any registrations, extensions, renewals or applications of or for the same, now or at any time hereafter (and from time to time) owned or held by the chargor or (to the extend of its interest) in which the chargor has interest.
