As a continuing security for the payment and discharge of the secured liabilities, the borrower as beneficial owner charges to the lender by way of fixed and floating charge, and as a continuing security for the payment and discharge of the secured liabilities, the borrower as beneficial owner charges to the lender a first legal charge over the freehold property known as 17 & 19 the square, kilkeel and registered at the land registry under folio DN249742 county down and the freehold land situated at the square, kilkeel and registered at the land registry under folio DN256641, county down, together with all buildings, erections, fixtures (including trade fixtures) and fixed plant and machinery owned by or charged to the company and from time to time on or in such property and any other things of whatever nature on, and intended to form part of, those lands (if any).
